The Case Against the PRO Act

We invite you to join us for a lunch briefing on the Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2019 (H.R. 2474). The PRO Act threatens to radically alter labor relations law at the state and national level, disregarding worker choice with destructive economic effect.

Congresswoman Virginia Foxx, the ranking Republican member of the House Committee on Education and Labor and a staunch defender of worker freedom, will provide an overview of the proposed bill. The panel discussion will feature a coalition of labor policy experts, all coauthors of the recently released report: The Case against the Protecting the Right to Organize Act
